Return an item

Use this returns service for a refund or exchange. This service can only be used for online orders. In-store orders can be returned via the store.

You can use this service to:

• Create a return and packing slip
• View and print return packing slips
• Cancel a return

Personalised items can only be returned if faulty.

Before you start

You’ll need your order number and email address. You can find your order number on any order email, or by going to your account and viewing your order history.

What happens next

You will need to return your item(s) by post, in store or via school reception.

Once received we will process the return and we will be in touch to confirm the next steps.

Items returned without a packing slip or return number may not be processed, refunded or exchanged.

Other ways to return an item

You can also return items directly to a store without creating a return, but it is helpful if you create one.
